Bet you didn’t know I could speak Japanese! Well I can’t, but there are certain words that are absolutely critical to the health and happiness of the world. So if you’re clever you need to learn terms like “hirihiri” (smart) and “pa-fekuto”. The latter, meaning “perfect for two”, will not only come in handy when you want to comment on things such as tandem bikes and three-legged races, but also when you order the delicious twelve tastes of Kobe Jones “Mushi Your Sushi” menu at Kobe Jones Sydney.
And with today’s deal you’ll only have to pay $69 for your part, so grab a voucher for yourself and one for your pa-tona- (partner) and prepare to feast!
First up you’ll receive the famous “Number one Special” – a crab salad with avocado wrapped in Hiramasa kingfish and baked with Kobe Jones’ secret sauce.
Next a tantalising tasting plate, “Seafood Poke” (Hawaiian-style sashimi cubes marinated in poke sauce), followed by Carpaccio Hokkaido Scallops (tempura scallops stuffed with crab salad and asparagus, and drizzled with a bittersweet soy sauce glaze).
Then enjoy the delicious “Wafu Mango Oyster” (freshly-shucked oysters in the shell, served with mango salsa & ponzu dressing), after which your taste buds will be delighted with “Lollipop Sushi” (tuna, snapper, salmon, crab salad, asparagus and smelt roe wrapped in thinly-peeled cucumber with soy sauce vinaigrette).
The taste sensations will continue with "Wagyu Tataki" (tender seared rare Wagyu wrapped with nori and topped with onion soy dressing), and calamari panko - crispy breaded calamari on a bed of seaweed, and finished off with "Saffron Tamago Nigiri"– a sweet Japanese omelette.
This will be followed by a Seafood Tobonyaki (a selection of succulent seafood on bed of rice with wild mushroom and Kobe Jones seaweed butter then baked with our special cream sauce).
Now you’re ready for the Alaskan Crab grilled to highlight the sweetness and served in the shell with fresh lime and the famous "Wagyu Hot Rock" – 9+ Wagyu rump which you’ll get to cook yourself just the way you like it (served with dipping sauce).
And to complete the journey –"Anko"; a flaming green tea crème brulee to share! Umai (delicious)!
