If you still have a question, please lodge a ticket in our Zendesk Support Centre. You don't have to set up a Zendesk account or login, just enter your details and we'll reply directly to you.
For questions regarding a deal that is LIVE please contact the business directly.
Examples of such questions include:
- Is there a surcharge for long hair?
- Does my location fall under the serviceable area?
- Should I buy an additional voucher for my 16 year old child?
For questions like these that might be specific to you, you should probably consult the business first. Their details are available on each deal page.
FAQs
- 1. I have been charged but I haven't received my voucher.

Vouchers are emailed to you after the deal has ended.
They also appear as ‘pending’ in the vouchers tab of your account as soon as you purchase a deal. Once the deal has ended, they become available for redemption.
We recommend you set up an account using the email address used to make the purchase. You can then download the voucher when the deal ends.
- 2. Can’t view your voucher in your account?

Please lodge a ticket in our Zendesk Support Centre with the subject "My Vouchers" and include the following details
- Name of the deal
- City in which the deal ran
- Email address used to make the purchase
- 3. I am having trouble signing into my account.
- Subscribing to daily emails is not the same as setting up an account, even if you have purchased from us before. Go to the sign up page to set up an account and manage your purchases.
- 4. I referred a friend but didn’t receive my referral credit
- Whenever a friend you refer makes a first time purchase over $10 using your unique link, your account will automatically receive $10 credit within 48hrs of the deal being over . If you haven't received your referral credits please lodge a ticket in our Zendesk Support Centre with the subject "Referral Credits", then enter your email address and the email address you referred.
- 5. When do my credits expire?

Refer a friend credits are valid for 3 months from the day credits have been processed to your account.
Refund credits are valid for 6 months from the day credits have been processed to your account.
- 6. I need assistance redeeming my voucher.

Is your unique code not working online? Are you unable to reach a business?
Please lodge a ticket in our Zendesk Support Centre with the subject "Voucher Redemption Issue" and include the following details:
- Name of the deal
- City in which the deal ran
- Email address used to make the purchase
- Voucher code
- Brief message on the voucher redemption issue
Please note that it may take up to 3-4 working days for our team to assist you with this.
- 7. I’d like to give some general feedback about a voucher I recently redeemed.

- 8. I purchased a voucher, but the business has now closed down.

- 9. My voucher has now expired. What can I do?
- Unfortunately we are unable to process credits or refunds for expired vouchers.
- 10. I have changed my mind about a purchase, can I get a refund?

No. Please note that vouchers are not refundable under the following circumstances:
- You've changed your mind after purchase
- A voucher expires before being redeemed
- A booking has been made with the business but you were unable to follow through with the appointment
- 11. I wish to request a refund

If you wish to request a refund for a voucher you have purchased please read our Terms and Conditions first to ensure you are eligible.
To request a refund please lodge a ticket in our Zendesk Support Centre with the subject "Refund for xxx deal" and include the following details:
- Name of the deal
- City in which the deal ran
- Email address used to make the purchase
- Brief message explaining request for refund
Please note that requests for refund may take 5-7 working days to be processed.

- 13. How do I unsubscribe?
- You can click on the ‘unsubscribe’ link available at the bottom of the daily email. Alternately please lodge a ticket in our Zendesk Support Centre with the subject "Unsubscribe me" and your email address.
