- Voucher is valid for Sydney CBD & limited suburbs only (additional service charge may be applicable if you’re outside 30km. Up to 55km of Sydney CBD- $20 per 10km over)

- Treatment covers internal and external perimeter of dwelling, subfloor area, and roof void
- Treatment does not include: sheds, granny flats or garages (however can be included for an additional charge - granny flats $50-$100, sheds/garages $15-$30)
- Open plan areas will be split according to the category of the room and may be counted as more than one room
- Appointment may be cancelled by Effective Building & Pest Control on the day due to bad weather, you will be re-scheduled for next available appointment
- Waiting periods may apply in wet weather conditions
- The pest treatment is valid for one treatment only
- If your pest situation requires more than one treatment this will be advised at time of the treatment. Additional treatments will incur a further charge
- Should there be a hygiene/building issue your warranty may be void
- $50 voucher valid for 6 months after initial redemption

- Not being present or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the voucher
